Stylianos Kokkas is a graduate of Electrical and Computer Engineering in University of Thessaly. He holds
an MSc from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Artificial Intelligence. Currently, he is working as
research associate at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Laboratory of Remote Sensing, Spectroscopy
and GIS of Agriculture School. His scientific interests are Machine Learning, Deep Learning and
Explainability in hyperspectral imaging. During his contribution in various European projects, he
implements Artificial Intelligence Explainable models in space borne satellite data for knowledge
extraction.
