Boletos Giorgos is a software developer based in Thessaloniki, Greece. He holds a Bsc in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia. He is a researcher and software developer at SpectraLab, AUTh exploring innovative techniques (e.g. hyperspectral imaging, machine learning, AI, LC-QToF-MS) to detect food adulteration and ensure nutrient bioavailability. Over the past few years, he has taken part in the development of various web applications as a freelancer, as well as in their design. His research interests lie in image optimization via artificial intelligence and in the development of novel tools to monitor agricultural resources (MARS).
